"The Hotel is beautiful and located away from the crowded and noisy streets. It is a 10 minute walk from Realto Bridge! The location was actually perfect for all of the sites, including St. Mark's and Doge Castle. The staff, especially the women who worked the breakfast every morning, were so wonderful! The breakfast included a favorite cappuccino every morning and a lovely selection of eggs, bacon, meats, fruits, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, etc. It was a lovely six night stay and we would recommend it for those who enjoy walking and prefer staying away from the crowds. "

"A great find, small, well-kept, well located hotel! Everything is outside your door, shops, restaurants, even a gondola! Easy walk to Saint Mark Square, and other attractions, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"This hotel is good value for money given its location. The bed was clean, and room was sanitary. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sound proofing is not great, we could hear the person next door snoring. Minor complaint as it's a 3 star hotel. If this hotel has a deep clean and some proper maintenance, it could be really nice. Our bathroom had signs of damp (being from the UK i'm used to this, could be prevented by installation of an extractor fan). Toilet had mould growing (again damp issue) and the air conditioning was frankly a health hazard and I made my wife turn it off, it needs a filter clean (stank of mould). The bathroom shower was very bizzare, as the shower screen was nowhere near the showerhead, meaning water gets everywhere (probably why there is a damp issue). None of these issues dramatically affected our stay, simple fixes. It's a cheap 3 star after all. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and incredibly good coffee. Very unique floor plans and stair cases. Keys were unique, the ring was solid copper and weighed a ton, great location. "

"Great breakfast, nice old building, great location. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars all around was issues with Wi-Fi that the staff weren’t willing to help us fix. We ended up finding the solution ourselves (logging in with a laptop and using the assigned username and password to log in to our iPhones, when the Sign Up to Login option kept failing on our iPhones), but we would have preferred that the staff take ownership of the problem and help us. "
