"This is a nice quiet hotel with a pool, which is hard to find in Avalon. It is very clean and great amenities
It has a very convenient shuttle to downtown, and to the heliport and the ferry station. The very friendly drivers make a round every 15 minutes.
I do wish that the hotel had full length mirrors their rooms.
The restaurant on the grounds is NOT run by the hotel, but by a private company. The food is excellent. And the prices are good. The Service however, is extremely slow. Quite a...

"Loved the value and the location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the boat dock and everything you need. It's only 1 block from the only grocery store on the island, Von's! The room was small but cute & next door to the oldest house on the island.
The area feels very safe and has a historic vibe. We enjoyed thoroughly."

"A wonderful gem to find last minute. Better than expected, as I appreciated how close I would be to the front street but I was pleasantly surprised at the value of the room even though the price was lower than other hotels. I was in rm 212.
It was clean and a great size. The bathroom had a lovely skylight too. I liked that my particular window looked into a wall because then I could keep it open for light without passerbys seeing in.
