"We had rented 2 rooms. The first room everything seemed to work okay. But the 2nd room the refrigerator did not work at all. They had a small one in the room that worked okay. It also had an indoor pool that was not available for use at all. Not sure why the pool was not available. My great grandchildren were a little disappointed with no pool. "Nicest hotel we've stayed at in a long time! We don't usually spend a ton on hotels - we are Microtel - Hampton Inn types. This Home2Suites in West Ashley (Charleston) was phenomenal.
