"If customer service is important to you, this may not be the best hotel choice. During our 5-night, 6-day stay, the staff seemed inconvenienced when we requested fresh towels. We were told that our room would be refreshed after three days, but housekeeping never serviced our room during our stay. The toilet in our room ran continuously and had to be manually adjusted by removing the tank lid and pushing the flapper down each time. The complimentary continental breakfast was very basic and...

"Booked room on a whim, we came up for our trip early and needed a one night stay. The staff were all polite and kind. Very helpful. They gave us recommendations for local spots for us to look at. The complimentary happy hour of food and refreshments was a surprise and we loved it. We would definitely come back."

"Lots of roaches and palmetto bugs, both dead and alive on the property. I almost checked out right away, but the room was clean."

"I would not recommend this property. It was more like a shelter or a hostel. The mattress had a plastic case around it. The sheets were threadbare and the couch worn and filthy. There’s no overnight front desk staff one of the first rules of the hotel is not to get involved with police activity around the property. I booked for two nights but stayed one. I chose to sleep on my son‘s couch the second night."

"I have stayed at this hotel about 5 times. It could be updated and the breakfast is adequate. I must say that the rooms I have stayed are extremely quiet, very comfortable and very clean. No complaints. The location works perfectly for our situation and considering the price it is an excellent value. Would definitely stay there again."
