"The toilet is too low for older folks and people with bad knees, etc. We were told it was $11 to park when we got to the hotel (which I did not see when I booked the room), but was not told it was per night. That is extremely disappointing. Especially since there were not many parking spaces close to the entrance. I found out when I checked my bank account. That amount was not put on my receipt. I will look elsewhere to stay on a return trip."

"We loved the pool and pool bar. We also visited the upstairs Lounge for live music. We used the bus from just outside to get into Charleston it’s $2 a ride The rooms were much better than we expected and there was loads of parking"

"The room smelled like mold. I was only able to stay for 3 hrs and left I checked in late and had to be to church the next morning so didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching a room. The manager went and smelled the room and did smell the mold/old carpet smell that I mentioned. But was unable to give me any refund because I booked through Expedia. I was given a very small portion for the next hotel booking which is incomparable to the amount paid and only 3hrs in the room due to health...
