"Absolutely disgusting. It’s a homeless hotel, well I don’t even think homeless people are that disgusting. Pee and boogers everywhere, weed smell, dogs barking, people really sick coughing and vomiting outside.-10/10"

"Brandy at the front desk is super sweet. But the overall property is not great. I found several roaches in the bathroom, lots of hair from the previous guest. There was mold and rust in the bathroom and kitchen area. It’s just a dark and dingy establishment. Customer service was great but I had to end my stay early and go to another hotel. "

"We have stayed at this Best Western location many times over the last 5 or 6 years, but this was our worst experience. The rooms were mostly clean. The breakfast was mostly fine. The staff was mostly friendly. The pool was not clean - as in, we couldn't swim in it - and we came during spring break. My biggest issue was with the person at the front desk when we checked in. "The shower was moldy in both rooms I was put in. The first room had one screw holding the safety latch thing on the door so they put me in another room since they had no one to put in a screw!!!! The pool to which they share with Best Western next door was ABSOLUTLY NASTY. Broken umbrellas, broken chairs and FILTHY tables where you wouldn't want to put your drink down on them. "The breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Great options. This hotel is beautifully remoled and nice. It did need better cleaning. The floors needed more sweeping and the sheets were not not washed properly. The toilet seat seem bit dirty. I love the location and its easy to walk and safe. The problem is that they need to step up the cleaning. Overall, its a great hotel with nice friendly staff."
