"The hotel is close to a shopping center, gas station, and grocery store. The location was great. We only experienced a power issue. The property can't support a gaming system; it tripped the fuse and knocked out the power in our room. However, the staff fixed it quickly. Other than that, the room was clean, the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the pool was heated and very nice. "

"The room could have been cleaner, in the bathroom there was hair , grout in the restroom dirty. Carpet dirty. Mattress was thin, we paid for the newly renovated, honestly couldn't tell. The parking for guest, wasn't explained how it worked and also the key for the elevators also wasn't mentioned. The parking structure filthy, trash everywhere, the stairs could definitely use a good power wash. Honestly the resort fee we paid for amenities we couldn't use without paying extra and pools were...

"We stayed for five nights in a suite and unfortunately had several maintenance and service issues. Our iron/steamer wasn’t working, and some of the bedroom outlets were not functioning. One of the phones also didn’t work. On the fourth day, no housekeeping came. Even though we did not have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on. When we followed up with the front desk, we were told housekeeping had already left for the day but that fresh towels and toiletries would be sent. Unfortunately, no one ever came....

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
