"Great property, very convenient location, but no return communication via Expedia which was terrible "

"We have just returned from a 10-night stay at the Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments on Beach Road and can’t fault it in any respect. We were on the 15th floor overlooking the Arab Quarter with views of Arab Street, Haji Lane and the Sultan Mosque. Our flight arrived in Singapore early in the morning so when we got to the hotel it was way in advance of our check-in time. The young man who checked us in was very professional, explained everything to us and said if the room became available earlier...

"I arrived early at the hotel but was allowed to use the lounge with self-service coffee and TV. Allowed into my room at 10.30 am instead of 3 pm."

"Clean room, however you have to ask for towels and toilet paper even on the days they “clean”. Hallways, common areas and elevator are extremely hot."
