"Our room somehow ac has some problems and they fix it very quickly which is great! Everything was good, the only thing I will comment is the room a bit small and bathroom was too small! For the same price I might find other hotels."

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the overall experience was excellent. Breakfast was very good, and I really appreciated that there were options that reflected different cultures. The only suggestion I'd have is to add a little more variety for American-style breakfast items, like pancakes or waffles, along with bacon or turkey sausage. "The staff are very friendly, polite and very much willing to assist. The hotel is in great location with MRT next to it (behind the hotel). Bugis is a few blocks away and the hotel has lots of dining options within 2-5 min walk."

"The hotel is well located with most attractions close by. The staff are friendly & the rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of choice which differs slightly from day to day. For a 5 star, I expect the finishes to be stylish & something I would want to have in my own home but the furniture in the main section of the Food Capital restaurant where breakfast was served daily was cheap looking, canteen style furniture & this totally ruined the atmosphere & experience....
