"Excelente servicio, 100% recomendado"

"Good"

"It was okay."

"What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it."

"Todo excelente Excelente servicio , personal atento y amable Comida , snacks y bebidas muy bien Habitaciones limpias y muy excelente playa"

"Adentro del hotel todo muy caro"

"No había agua caliente en baños ni la alberca, comida sabía un poco a aceite pasado."

"Esta súper recomendable"

"En realidad me sorprendió gran servicio y gran lugar además poder compartir tiempo con el hotel sands fue genial"

"Good place for youger party crowd. A lot of noise from the street if your rooms out front. Plumbing and water pressure lousy. Had to ask for toilet paper."

"The property was beautiful clean and beautiful landscaping but the food at the Japanese restaurant was horrible.. The buffet was ok.."

"Buena ubicación si necesitas hacer trámites en el centro o una parada rápida. Es limpio, zona segura y cumple para pasar una estancia tranquila"

"We held a prepaid confirmed reservation through Expedia and emailed the hotel twice about our late arrival. The Front Desk Manager replied that he would note the reservation. When we arrived after 1 AM, our room had been given away and there were no rooms left. We were told the hotel had not received payment because it was an agency booking. Unacceptable for a prepaid booking with written confirmation of our late arrival. We were stranded in the middle of the night!"

"The property is exquisite and the resort is huge! This reservation is an extension of our original five day reservation- we loved it so much! The Jacuzzi tub on the loft suite balcony was an added bonus to the magnificent coastline view! Big shout out to my butler, Victor! He was so attentive and decorated the loft suite for a birthday celebration. Rocio, the butler, for the junior suite was very attentive and accommodating with our dinner reservations. She also went above and beyond decorating...

"Amazing! And they offer free filtered water!"
