"When we arrived we were put in a room that smelled very musty, had stained carpet and the bathroom mirror was damaged with black streaks. We called the front desk immediately and they said for an upgrade of $40 we can move you. We were paying $500 already. Once we moved the room was clean and comfortable. I was looking for luxury and this was not it. It was a comfortable stay but not what I was thinking. "

"While our stay offered a clean, comfortable bed and a quiet room, this Hilton location lacked a couple of basic amenities. There was no microwave in ANY of the rooms (we even asked neighboring room friends) and so we were unable to heat up any food after hours (once the onsite kitchen/restaurant was closed). "The employees we dealt with were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and reception in the evening. Spent time at the pool. Walking distance to Fashion Square Mall. Took advantage of the shuttle to get to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel is in a great location, between the ease of making the reservation, gentle and professional staff. We needed rooms quickly to get to a function in Scottsdale. The hotel staff made this quick and painless. We were able to relax at the pool. And get a great dinner recommendation from hotel staff. If you’re looking for great staff.
