"We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen."

"We had 2 - 3 day stays at the Premier Inn, Churchill Way, Cardiff a week apart, both were very good. The staff were very friendly & helpful to us. The few complaints that I have would be directed at management. Fresh towels are needed each day for stays longer than an overnight as there are no heated towel racks to dry the towels & they should be delivered to the room. On the 2nd stay the kitchen ran out of many food items on the menu, rice, fish & some chicken dishes - this would seem to...

"For a budget hotel (although I did stay in a Premium room) the room was really quiet and the bed was large. I slept really well. Lovely shower, fun design details - painting, large lamp, coffee machine. The room felt spacious. I’d stay again."
