"Food was great"

"The location was great: 2-3 blocks from Capitol. The Internet was extremely slow. If you want to use it, you need to pay a lot. The 'free' password did not work. Nothing is included. Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips. "

"Room 321 had bug beds. Staff person Mo, laughed and did want to move us at first. Basically I had to demand to get changed. Was grated the change to room 403. Found that room to be filthy and smelly. I have pictures to prove the bed bugs and the room bed filthy. Would not recommend staying here. Quite frankly I want a refund. "

"I was very disappointed that the on-site restaurant was closed on my overnight stay. I expected it to be open so I could just check in and go upstairs to eat. The front desk said they were not enough people to staff the kitchen. That’s why it was closed. I wound up driving 10 minutes away for a mediocre meal. I have eaten at the Placery in other Hyatt and it was excellent, so I was disappointed that this one did not have an opened restaurant."

"You can’t find a please, thank you, or a clean towel in this place. Hand towels in the room had stains on them, metal lamps rusted, human hairballs, and sheet rock dust on the floor from a wall scrape as further proof that they BARELY clean the floors in between stays. I left a jacket in the room called back four hours after check out and they ‘threw it out’ already. I would say if you get what you pay for, but this was closely priced to other hotels. I’ve stayed at in the area and definitely on the bottom of "
