It was not a well placed room, it was overly hot without cooling, the bathroom although modern let itself down in the shower particularly. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."

"Was jumping in shower noticed no shampoo/conditioner or body wash anywhere in room, called front desk, took almost 1/2 hour to bring it to room. Called for room service for breakfast while I packed and worked and was told they are not doing room service because restaurant was busy with pre-paid breakfast guests. Asked for a late checkout 45 mins to 1hr max.. said fine but would charge me for it."
