"breakfast and the pool were very nice, better than expected. I waited 45 minutes to check in. noone in the office,couldn't find staff. Staff was nice once arrived. Also noone there to check out. I left the card key in a box outside the office."

"I recently had to get a new credit card due to fraud on my account. I had booked at Rodeway with the previous card, so weeks later when it was time for them to run the card, it was rejected. Instead of calling me to alleviate the issue, they canceled me with zero notification. I tried to check in very late at night and they had no rooms available and did not honor my reservation. This made for a very stressful, midnight contingency planning. The staff was neither sympathetic nor helpful."

"During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a...

"They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests"

"This property is falling apart. Paint peeling, floors cracked, toilet and tub/shower cracked, moldy. There was dirt and mold everywhere. The faucet wouldn’t turn off and ran all night. It smelled awful to the point of all of our belongings smelling when we got home. 0/10"
