"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"This property totally met our needs. It’s a no frills, but clean and comfortable place to sleep in an area that gives you easy access to all the ancient and wondrous sights of Rome. Beware of the very steep spiral staircase that you’ll need to climb and descend. We were fine, but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with any mobility issues. "First of all 5 star to Maria who was there to help even with mid night check-in and all other support. I would recommend this stay to anyone wish to walk and enjoy all attractions, and a Rome feeling. House is located in a street with lot of restaurants and bakeries next door and in walkable distances. We could walk and cover all attractions (except colosseum) from this location. Felt like we were part of Rome. Some improvements: need usb, usbc outlets as many guests visiting can be outside EU."
