"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We had a wonderful stay during an April weekend. The staff are outstanding. Linda at reception and Sonia in hospitality are so helpful and welcoming. We had a room with a comfy King Size bed and room for a third person on the sleeper couch. The bathroom is big. The property is perfectly decorated. The room has a coffee maker, and tea kettle and cookies. There is a cozy relaxation room on the second floor with the same amenities to enjoy a hot drink and cookies.
