"I was skeptical at first without knowing much about this entity of Hilton Hotels but pleasantly surprised with the space."

"I've stayed at this Embassy Suites location numerous times. This time was not its finest. When we arrived, the bathroom lights would not turn on. We called the front desk and were directed to text for service, not a fan of this. No response from the text, so I called again, and they said they would send someone up to fix it. Took about an hour without lights before everything was usable. The next day, I received a text saying there was an emergency water shutoff from 11am to 1pm. No big deal, these things happen. Still didn't have hot water at 5pm, and when it finally returned, it was a slow trickle. Not optimal for planning showers and life. Valet parking was slow and unorganized, especially for the cost. Overall, I think they were just having a bad week. It has always been a pleasant stay. This one was just a little off. "

"I visited DC for a concert. So, I stayed over the weekend. The hotel is lovely. It's in the NE area, and convenient to a lot of places. The flaw that I found was that there are no charging stations for cellphones. I only had my charging cable. I had to take my phone to the front desk for charging. The hotel should really update this.
