"The a/c shuts off if you are not in your room or if you are too still but then it can't cool off enough to catch back up. The "spa shower" is a drizzle and the plug to the tub doesn't work. The room was so stuffy I had to buy Lysol to get the funk out of the air.
I called about the a/c, asked them to come the next day. Maintenance knocked on my door at 11:45 PM.
Now all I want is my receipt and I can't see it anywhere."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
