"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The room was averagely clean, the sheet smelled like someone skept on them before.
Out of 5 elevators only 2 of them were functional and cause a long waiting one around 10-15 minutes each time going back and forth anytime of day/ night. Staff behaviour was not very friendly and welcoming at the reception, the room had not have minimum amenities like coffee make , or refregrator which is critical in las vegas hot weather, I had to spend a lot for food in 7 days while I was not able to cool them...

"The only complaint is navigating in and out of hotel to walk to the strip or other restaurants.
Elevators a little confusing until you get used to the technology.
Beautiful hotel inside and out
