"The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. "I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "Room was clean and bathroom was newly renovated and unexpectedly spacious for London hotel size. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Close to metro and Coach station. Breakfast was good and staff in the lounge was very polite and friendly. The only draw back wss the noise level, you could hear the trains running by."

"This hotel is so conveniently located. You can walk everywhere…Covent Gardens, the West End Theater District, Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and more. Love the old world feel and the cozy bar stayed open late. Highly recommend!"
