"There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. "I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. "Room was clean and considered "spacious" as compared to other hotels in Japan. More like a small standard room elsewhere. The views were amazing. The staff is very nice and professional. Requests are being responded promptly. Location is very convenient. The building is connecting to Tokyo train station where character street is. "
