"We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). We arrived around 12:30 and were able to store our bags at the The Scotsman Hotel. I sent a message asking if the unit was...

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was extremely quiet despite being near a large mall. The kitchenette was useful, especially for breakfast. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Location was perfect-close to tourist sites and train station but a short distance away from the busier areas. Room 719 had a nice view."

"Nicely located,very helpful staff. We had multiple rooms which were the same price but very different. No views. Breakfast was decent, pricey, but service spotty when they were busy. Waitstaff very nice but not well coordinated. TV and wifi good. Getting TV booted to news required a maze of clicks, and was slow to load.concierge very helpful"

"Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"
