Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer on the second floor, the room was very clean, and the staff answered my call on the first ring when I had trouble with the keypad. The place is a super close walk to the Airlink 100 airport bus stop but is a little difficult to find at first since there are no overhead signs. "Compact, but spacious rooms (I know, but they were both), super clean, all basic amenities. Kiosk check-in but you can buzz for someone to come over from the lounge to help, and those people were very accommodating. Breakfast was basic continental, but good coffee, bread and pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Super location. Couldn't have been more convenient to Waverley train station, hop-on hop-off bus stops, etc. From airport, go to STOP A for Airlink bus to downtown. Take Hanover Street stop, which is right at pedestrian Rose Street, cross Hanover, to other half of Rose St and walk a short way to find Hub on the left. There is another Premier Inn on Rose street (same side as bus stop), but it is not HUB. Good restos, esp Bella Italia and Rosa's Thai, need rez. Pick up bus back to EDI at Waverley Bridge."

"Property was in a great central location and the newly opened restaurant offered a lovely breakfast with an amazing view. The rooms were small and beds were not the most comfortable but we still had a good stay. A couple of things that we will mention to the hotel separately so they have the chance to correct them, but overall a good experience "
