Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . "I would like to acknowledge Justyna Zmuda. We arrived late at night and we had an issue with the bathroom fan, it was very loud. We complaint and nothing happen until Justyna came to our room and gave us few options, promising it will be fixed the next morning and it was. "Excellent hotel, spacious room, clean, appreciated the coffee machine. Ideal location for seeing the sites. We arrived early and my wife was offered a free coffee whilst she waited for me to return our hire car, then we both had a complementary glass of prosecco. Meanwhile, our bags had been taken to our room. Breakfast was good but we were not told that the restaurant was closed for our evening meal. We had a bar meal instead but found the menu restricted and overpriced."
