"The resort was absolutely perfect. If you want a beautiful place to go and just relax while enjoying what the resort has to offer, Ti Kaye was phenomenal! If you wanted to go off resort, booking excursions was incredibly easy too. The staff was unbelievably professional and delightful, you felt truly appreciated and taken care of. St Lucia definitely stole our hearts, I couldn’t recommend the island and resort more! It was really an excellent experience through and through!"

"The resort was OK. The food was good, but you could tell the property needed some updates for basic wear and tear. The worst part was the staff. Most ever unhelpful and just stood around, especially at check-in. When someone finally helped us, it was a sprint and they didn't even tell us about some of them perks they offered since it was our Honeymoon, that we found out about later. For me, I wouldn't go back because of the poor service."

"I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. The employee helping us stopped halfway through our check-in to take a phone call, leaving us waiting nearly 40 minutes before returning with no apologies or additional information about the resort.
Our room wasn’t ready for almost 4 hours. While I understand delays happen, what was frustrating was being told...

"This property is simply amazing! If you're looking for a nice quiet, peaceful and restful vacation this is place to be.
