"The view from balcony was good. Staff was good. Very noisy place though, you will hear everytime the lift opens, trolly dragging, bags moving, definitely not soundproof walls. There was a big cockroach on the floor at night. Not very impressed .
No microwave facility in the room, when we callled the reception to ask if reheating food available, they said they will charge $10 to use the microwave. I mean, come onnnn."

"The staff are amazing very nice people. The location was excellent. The parking was easy that they gave us except one small problem which was the cleaning. The room wasn’t as clean as we would like when we moved in and when they came to clean halfway through our stay, they still didn’t clean properly. Didn’t vacuum came in clean the bathroom lots of dust everywhere and the beautiful big windows were filthy. That was my only problem. The cleaners didn’t do quite a good enough job."

The room itself was good, except for the noisy plumbing when the tap in the bathroom was turned on.
There were no bathrobes or bath slippers in the room and when we requested them they were not sent up. We had to ask the maid if she could get us some.
The following day we asked the room to be serviced. I was disappointed they did not clean the used glasses or cups. They also did not stock up the used tea bags.
