"Absolutely shocking the photos on the website are a fabrication.
I was told I was staying in another property down the road which on approach was dark, overflowing bags of rubbish and the front door propped open by a fire extinguisher.

And this was before I got into the room.
On entering, there...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Lovely hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room which was small but more than enough room for 1 person. Very clean and had almost everything I needed. Chocolate and refillable water bottle was much appreciated. Perfect location especially as I was seeing the show just over the road.
Only downside was the draught from the window which didn't close properly , however when I closed the shutters it was fine. No door on the bathroom which I found a bit strange but guessing...

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options.
The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."
