The staff who didn't know this were very friendly, helped him fill out the form and when he didn't ask how to get to the rooms, she noticed his hesitation and walked him to the lobby door and gave him directions. Needless to say I (Mom) am very thankful to the staff for unknowingly helping him. He loved the room and had a perfect stay."

"This hotel is quite quirky and might not be everyone’s cup of tea, it is giving off a very young vibe but we very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had been given a complimentary bottle of wine in our room for being a hotel Gold member, which was Red. I rang reception and asked could it be changed to White and within 5 minutes a cold bottle of white arrived in an ice bucket. The reception staff and the doorman are super friendly!
