"Property has been there for many years. However, the rooms look like they were recently remodeled. Nicely painted and bathrooms look newly remodeled. New flooring as well. We had room on the third floor. Was quiet and had two queens. The view looked out towards the beach. We could see the beach and ocean between the buildings. I’d stay here again."

"For a low cost hotel, very clean, rooms have been redone and very nice for cost. Parking is limited. The one issue we had was the bar in nextdoor. Band started playing after 10 and got extremely loud until very late."

"Such a perfect little spot in a great location. Excellent communication and accommodating for an early check in. So walkable and lovely neighborhood, was able to do the batteries to bridge hike from there, which was fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic!!"

"Rooms were clean and included a very nice kitchen facility. The one missing item was Kleenex or equivalent tissues. It was a rainy evening, and the noise of traffic on a wet road was quite loud, albeit acting as white noise for getting to sleep. The staff was great. "

"Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. Shower water was brown, and we had to wait for it to clear up to take a shower. Shower head was falling off, which caused the water to leak out onto the floor. The bathroom had holes in the wall. Bathroom vent was caked in dust and extremely dirty. The flooring looked as though it had not been cleaned before. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty. We had to sleep on top of the bedding. Would not recommend to stay. Staff looks as though...

"Staff was great. Room was well decorated and very clean! Great new bathrooms! Stayed here because hotels in union Square and other areas were outrageous. The hotel was so nice and the price was so reasonable it was definitely worth the $15 Uber ride each way to the convention center area. Would stay again!"
