I’m not sure why people put these negative reviews. It’s budget friendly and has the basics. It’s the be expected there may be a little wear and tear it’s an old building and as for noise you’re in central London. It will come with this. It had fresh sheets, lots of towels, hair dryer, four pillow, tv, coffee tea and biscuits. Highly recommend "
