"Beautiful quiet room, particularly comfortable bed, friendly staff. Beware that there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep. Sometimes felt like too much at the end of a long sightseeing day. Lively pub with good food, surprisingly couldn't hear it a bit from the room!"

"Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again."

"We were in a deluxe studio and loved it. Great space with a wonderful view. AC was much appreciated- very happy to have after the warm weather! Staff were lovely- accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"Overall excellent but we specifically booked the hotel as it advertised an off site car park which we were told was closed by the time we arrived. A bit disappointed that the staff weren’t able to help with some ideas where we could park. Everything else great - really smart, clean and quiet hotel."

"Good sized family room and excellent bathroom. Perfect spot to visit many London attractions on foot, handy for train station. Extremely helpful friendly staff. Minor point, although there was a good selection of plug points in the room, they were all located in one area of the room, where there was no fixed mirror. On the whole, would thoroughly recommend and would definitely go back."

"The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. Window latches were unreliable, and a number of ceiling lights were out or flickering. Smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the balcony ledge. Bathrooms were solid and washing machine was perfect for us. The service was great, and space overall worked well for our family, but given other options available I would opt for another accommodation for a future trip"
