"Check in was smooth as I did it online. Got to the hotel an hour and a half before check in. The man at the desk was super polite and helpful as he was able to get us checked into our rooms an hour and a half earlier since we needed rest before going to my son’s foorball camp. The rooms smell clean and appear to be well maintained. Sheets and bed are extra comfy. Shower pressure is great! Body wash is rejuvenating, lavender and eucalyptus. "It was amazing, we want to go back the only thing I make sure next time is to get a lower level, I had my mom with me and she cant climb stairs, it was really hard for her the up and down the stairs, I was also charged to my room for a dinner that we did not consume, but immediately got credit. Excellent stay, excellent crew, best breakfast and had a great time."

"This is probably the nicest hotel in Deridder. That's probably not saying much since the other hotels are Oyo and America's Best Value but I had no problems and it was clean. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly."

"I can’t recommend this hotel enough. My husband retired from the Army recently. We needed a room off and on for several weeks. Not only for us but for out of town guests. SureStay was amazing.
