"There are exactly zero people who work in the lobby - you'll get a digital code to dial into the building in your hotel room. That's all fine... Until your code stops working out of nowhere and you are locked out of both the hotel and your room in the rain and in a rush. There's a number to call if you are having an issue - but they utterly useless. Thanks for making me miss an extremely important meeting this morning!!!!"

"Loved everything especially the availability of full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Great views of the city. Convenient location. Grocery store is in the same block. Wish the subway station was a little closer but we enjoyed walking . Amazing rooftop restaurant /lounge Ofelia on the 26th floor. Would stay there again"
