"Such a lovely hotel the staff were so friendly and loved how helpful they were. The complimentary wine for my daughters 30th birthday was a nice touch equally so were the slippers at the side of the bed and the chocolate waiting at the side of the bed when we got back after watching “the devil wears Prada” Would definitely stay again x"

"The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, best of all for public commute, street is just a walk away. You can also walk to some historical landmarks fr hotel. The staff is amazing! The bathroom is spacious and clean, same with the room, very seldom to find in Eu. Comfortable stay all in all. Love this hotel! Oh and they provide umbrellas for the rainy weather in London."

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"We love it here our 4th stay this time we booked the two bed apartments was wonderful staff so helpful and friendly Only negative was ice machine didn’t work and the plug in roll top bath wouldn’t close so couldn’t use the bath & for £800 really should have a working bath We still world visit again but I would check in advance they were working"

"The lobby has a DJ play. There is a nightclub sharing the wall. Goes until 3am on the weekends. Ok food! Covent garden is good if you like shopping. We did have to move out of our room to an ADA room because the drain in the shower stunk of sewage. AC is stuck at 75* F"

"Amazing location walking distance from pretty much anything you want to get to. In the theatre district and close to Trafalgar Square and many great restaurants. Area is a little noisy with construction, traffic, etc…but have t been to a major city where there isn’t some of this and it has nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel and rooms were clean and modern. "We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom.
