"Nice place to stay management was very nice and helpful"

"Reserved 2 rooms and when my wife and I and another couple arrived we were told they had overbooked and canceled one of our rooms. We had to share a room with the couple we were traveling with. There were people that had not checked in yet so why didnt they give us 2 rooms and cancel someone that had not shown up yet?"

"I was slightly overall satisfied, it's just that some rooms came with fridges and other didn't. Also, I was under the impression that this hotel had free breakfast but it didn't. That was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel but I was able to get free breakfast only because my booking came with it but if you had other people staying at the hotel they wouldn't necessarily get the free breakfast."

"I was visiting last weekend after being on the road for 3 hours. Staff cancelled my PAY AT THE PROPERTY reservation due to them being busy after I called twice to see if I can do an early check and was denied. Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 5pm and was turned down. No call, text or email informing me. Very unprofessional"

"The staff was EXTREMELY nice, we arrived very early due to an event we were coming in for. I explained that I knew I was very early but do you happen to have any rooms available. She was able to not only get us a room but she was so sweet about it. We will definitely be staying again!"

"We arrived to check in at 4pm per the booking and there were about 15 people in the lobby waiting to check in as well. It was quite humid in the lobby with a gross damp odor. There were no rooms ready. There was no one at the front desk to even speak to when we walked in. One couple had been waiting for an hour. We waited 45 more minutes then requested a refund to which we were provided an email to “apply” for one as the manager wasn’t even present in the building or able to speak to us. Worst...
