"It looks completely updated from the outside but the inside told a completely different story. Everything was old and outdated and smelled musty. I know fitness centers in hotels are subpar at best but this didn’t even have any functionally working equipment. Staff was friendly enough but seemingly distracted in other things. "

"We reached out to this property about 4 pm day of reservation, we were stuck 2 1/2 hours down the highway in heavy fog and rain that covered a huge geography and felt we could not safely get to the hotel, we asked to cancel and perhaps a refund but got no reply"

"The room and hotel were clean upon initial glance. Renovations made the hotel look on par with your normal hotel brands. However, our bathroom ceiling was leaking, hotel staff were sparse, lobby coffee was bitter and cold, there's no elevators to the 2nd floor for your bags. I didn't really have high hopes for a Red Roof brand, but I still wouldn't likely stay again."

"Clean and spacious rooms. Good staff and a solid restaurant with plenty of food and bar options. The only thing missing is a space for business calls."

"The breakfast was great. The room nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Only down side-I was told there was a $20/hr up charge to check in early. I’ve never heard that in any travels. So I left and came back after 3p."
