The hotel itself is impressive, all the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was not just clean but was more like a home than a hotel room. "We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad."
