"This hotel was the perfect stay! The rooms were super clean and beautiful. The robes and slippers provided were super comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, kind and professional. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was so relaxing. We loved their sauna and steam room. The deep tissue massage was also a 10/10. The pool was lively and the bartenders were so good at making all kinds of drinks. I really enjoyed their daily aerobics water class. All the restaurants were great and it was easy to get reservations. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Staff were very helpful, polite, friendly. I attended morning yoga, pilates, stretching exercises with coach Federico, which helped me a lot with my knees pain. I particularly enjoyed the spa and massage with Maria. Food was good, especially buffet style breakfast. Lunch and dinner are a la cart, but food was delicious. Sandos has great location with proximity to the ocean on one side and Marina and city on the other side of the hill. Highly recommend staying at Sandos"

"Five stars for the Hyatt Ziva! This is a beautiful property with amazing views and amenities—truly the perfect relaxing getaway. Food and drinks are plentiful, with tons of great restaurants to choose from. A major highlight for me was the 24/7 coffee shop and bar, which is the key to a great all-inclusive resort. 😊 What really set this trip apart, though, was the staff. They are incredibly friendly, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and always looking for ways to elevate our stay. Highly recommend for a great family trip."
