"Bad: the number to get “help” was super off putting. First, I called to get help with my room’s access pin and “we’ll call you right back and reset your pin” turned into waiting roughly 10 min and I had to call THEM back for the pin. Then the smart TV wouldn’t let me log in to anything or even update apps on the tv that needed it. So AGAIN called the “help” line intermittently for TWO PLUS HOURS to get resolution, with absolutely ZERO help. Finally gave up…. But they were basically like “sucks...

"24/7 service very convenient for late night check in"

"A horrible experience. No staff support, or management ordering hierarchy of any kind. They tried to charge me $10 dollars for a towel, unless I gave them a 5 star review. The worker then cited that it was the hostels policy and she didn’t need to deal with this then just walked away."
