"Our room was terrible dated, it smelled, there were stains in the bathtub, terrible sink faucet, there was water damage in the hallway, electrical chords draped across the floor, and fans running. The parking valet was rude, spun out in the car in front of us, and squealed tires throughout the garage. When checking in at 10:30, we told the clerk we were hungry and he said the restaurant was open until 11pm, so we went straight there. The host that greeted us at 10:45 said the kitchen was...

I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. "
