Hotel murah di Cranage

"Lovely hotel. Stayed with my wife for her birthday. We had a deluxe room which was quite a long walk from hotel reception. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was massive! Only negative points for the room were the amount of cobwebs and dust around light fittings and soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear people in other rooms using their toilet facilities. We used the pool which was warm and changing room was clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast was superb, there is loads of...

"We went outside on the patio to enjoy a drink in the sun. I went inside to order some drinks and was told you have to use the QR code to order. But since i was their the waiter took my order but informed me this was an exception. How stupid is it to expect guests to download or scan QR codes just to order drinks and a meal. Do they expect OAP;s to do downloads or scans. Very poor customer relations in this hotel as everything is automated, from check in, to check out, to ordering meals and...

"It is what it is! A recognisable hotel right next to the airport. It's not a destination hotel and there are people coming and going all the time. If you have an early start or a late arrival, it's a perfectly adequate place to spend a night."

Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. "We love how great this hotel is - it's clean and modern and so close to the railway drop off for Manchester airport. No need to pay for a taxi you can walk from the train station to the hotel then it's only a few minutes walk to the walkways for the Manchester airport terminals. Very convenient and good value for money. We also enjoyed some wine and a lovely meal on our arrival. Impressed"
