"Very disappointed in our stay, no where on the Expedia Account or on the Laguna Cliff's actual website did they disclosed EXTENSIVE construction. The ENTIRE hotel was under construction, we feel very misled by the pictures and amenities promised that no longer existed. We feel entirely baited and switched. Honestly, if the hotel would have disclosed the extensive construction and shown accurate pictures and disclosed what amenities were actually available we would have stayed and had realistic...

"I like the way the rooms are designed in a circle. There’s a hot tub in the middle. The staff is very friendly. It’s easy to park. The area is safe and an easy to walk to the beach."

"It was a beautiful area, the beach view was lovely. My only thing that was disappointing was no pool towels and it seemed kinda dirty around pool decking. I also missed breakfast by about 3 minutes 🙃 Otherwise it was a really nice place. Beds were FANTASTIC ♥️"

"So obviously the location was our first purpose for booking let me tell you I have traveled for work and spent many of nights in hotels for business or pleasure I have met many staff members over the years, all the stuff that I ran into at this Best Western were excellent friendly, welcoming and very helpful when the times came I had an issue with the Expedia looking process and being disappointed and one of the staff members Napoleon without hesitation made one of my nights even more awesome...

"Owned by a very nice young local couple who are very committed to refurbishing this older hotel that they purchased about a year ago. Dave & Harvey (their dog) warmly greeted me and showed me to my room. It was very comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful and show lots of TLC by the couple and their young son. The convenient free parking lot seemed pretty full most of my three-night stay, and the other guests seemed friendly. I’d definitely stay there again on another fantastic...

"Loved this property! The beautiful grounds, all the little details including sparkling wine at check in, comfortable bedding, bath robes/slippers, beach accommodations (chairs, umbrella, beach bag). So many extra touches that make this hotel wonderful. Location is perfect- across the street from montage resort and beaches. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
