"I needed a plave close to FCO but didnt wamt to be in Rome as I was burnt out from all the peolle. This place was perfect! The couple hosting are so dearing and accommodating. They helped me mail a package, the room had so many litte touches including a luggage scale. The Mister even met me at 6am just to help me with my luggage! They even aent me on my way with a wonderful care package with snacks and juice for the long travel day"

"Our hosts were a working couple who have owned and operated the hotel for 9 years. They perform many of the tasks themselves and take great pride in their work. It was a pleasure staying with them. "We stayed here the night before leaving Italy to be close to the FCO airport for a very early morning flight. Daniela was helpful and kept in touch via WhatsApp before our arrival. Our room was lovely with a spotless bathroom, and there were so many great restaurants to choose from for dinner. Only downside was the restaurant/club/disco next door, playing loud bumping house music with loud guests going until at least 1am - it might have been later, but I put in earplugs and finally fell asleep....

"I highly recommend this property. Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Also, the owner helped us to arrange our ride from the bus station to the property, and then next day to the airport. The location of the property is great too, lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Next time I am in Rome, I will definitely stay here. "

"This was a beautiful little hotel- the front desk made us feel very welcome and walked us through everything from how to work the door, to the lights, to how to get to the beach and many other things. There really isn’t anything negative to say- it was very clean even for our high standards, the bed was comfortable, and it’s really pretty overall too :) Would for sure stay here if we have a flight the next day. It’s a 9 min drive to the airport and not near anything else but this was perfect for...
