"Zero customer service. Checked with reception before booking to make sure I could use the pool because my current hotel pool was not working. I was assured it was working and available but after booking and checking in I found the pool closed. Reception simply said it closes at 7pm and that it was in the paper I signed after I booked and paid for the room. After complaining and asking for management to be informed they told me by text message at 11pm I could use the pool. Too little, late....

"The Lantana Boutique Hotel on the riverbank of Hoi An is a wonderful little hotel with friendly staff and is in a fantastic location. Actually the location was the reason I chose the hotel and I wasn't disappointed. In a short 5 minutes walk you can be in the old town or any number of restaurants and bars. The room with a view of the river is the room to get. Pick this hotel for Hoi An will be a good choice. "

"Stayed here in June for 9 nights. The location to the old town is so convenient. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, along with a big bathroom, rainfall shower, along with a bathtub. We had a big balcony overlooking the pool, with a river view also. The pool is lovely and so relaxed, divided into three sections, children/adult and lots of space to swim. Scarlett on guest relations was a standout member of staff. Vodka (nickname) and hat were lovely members of staff too. Would return...

"The hotel is sleek and nice, clean, comfortable and nested at a quiet area walkable to old town. Breakfast was a nice spread with western and local dishes and egsgs on request. Comfortable place to stay."

"This has to be one of the best hotels in all of Hoi An. Not only is it very pretty to look at, but has everything you require. Location has stunning views and walkable everywhere, the room was fantastic, didn't get a chance to take one of the hotel's bikes but also available. Restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and I also had one of the best cheese sandwiches ever! Highly recommended."
