"Room was clean, beds very comfortable, pillows were amazing. The location was great, 10 min or 800m to Shinjuku train station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around, the Government Building was super close and while it was a busy location, we enjoyed the noise of the city hustles and bustle. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating, organised taxis etc when needed and most spoke English. "

"This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo."
