"We enjoyed our time here. It’s a beautifully kept property with a great view of tropical plants and many birds from the weather protected porch. Most of our stay was very quiet- because nobody was in the adjoining units. We did hear one neighbor’s conversation one night in the next unit when that was occupied. We heard 14 different (verified by app) bird songs in ten minutes one morning. Staff was helpful. The room was nicely equipped and clean. The bed could be softer but we still slept OK....

"The entire place was spotless, floors gleaming. The bed sheets were crisp and all the surrounding windows created an amazing and very private view. Great wifi and amazing hot showers. The breakfasts at Geckos were hearty and delicious, such a warm and welcoming space and Charlie's homemade jam, juices, hot sauce, and mojitos were the best! We loved it so much we booked a cooking class with Scott Alan. It was so much fun and is definitely one of the highlights of our time here in Costa Rica....

The only negative is that one of the restaurants was not available after 6:00 p.m. (but you could order of the menu at the remaining restaurant in the evening).
