Excellent staff, very helpful when checking-in when we made last minute changes to our stay and accommodated us to a new upgraded room. Fireplace was perfect in our chalet on the snowy cool days during our stay. Overall an enjoyable experience."

"The entire experience was a big disappointment and not even close to to being worth the money we had to pay. The bathroom was way too small. The big screen TV was a poor quality black and white picture. There was no place to hang clothes. The only redeeming feature was the bed which was pretty good. We will not be back and will be advising friends to avoid your business."
