"Very hard beds and we order double beds but it been too single join together, they been splitting all night. "

"After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. The room had everything we needed, everything worked and the location you can’t beat (for Clifton village). Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary.
