"A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Great view from room, friendly helpful staff, air con was great. Bed comfortable. Room was good. No major complaints. If I wanted to be picky fridge in room not very cold and not enough coffee and sugar in the room. Apart from that I definitely recommend and I will return again."

"Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights Reception were helpful on checking in but the rooms were in separate buildings which was annoying for us and both on second floor so difficult with luggage on steep stairs. "The room I stayed in was difficult to get from the main entrance. Umderstand the building is old however . Route was not well sign posted . I was then charged £10 to use the swimming pool . This was not clear at time of booking."

"We deliberately wanted a kitchen - which we had but nothing in it ie no crockery, cutlery, pots or pans so effectively useless; we constantly received contradictory emails about precheckin etc including one saying ready for checking the day after we already had, another telling us to checkout a day early; the room faced west and was impossibly to sleep in as too hot; we had to request a second towel as only gave us one; Would not recommend this at all"
