"Property was very well kept and clean. Room service was excellent. The beach club was closed and I really wanted to visit Tau Beach Club. Instead they had a suite near the beach but the vibe wasn’t what we expected. Only negative about the experience was after each food or drink event I was given a bill. I’d rather just go through the week and at the end of my stay leave one big tip instead of 25 small tips."

"Had a great stay here during my vacation to Puerto Vallarta. The staff is great and very helpful. The pool area is nice. There are some stores close by that you can walk to, and the beach isn't very far either. It is a bit far from the malecon and other attractions, but it is easy to get an uber anywhere. The only thing i disliked was that the room doors slam shut so loudly. Every time someone closes their room doors you will hear it and it can be annoying when you're trying to get some rest."

"Our favourite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is an absolutely breathtaking property full of charm. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind - they always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We have always felt very safe and comfortable, too. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious, elevated, and prepared with care. The rooms are cleaned every day and really lovely boutique toiletries are provided. "The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"This is definitely a budget hotel. The property was in the process of remodeling, as multiple buildings were off limits - and it desperately needs it. Everything in the room was painted over - even the lamp. Only one elevator in building 3 was working, the other was stuck on floor 8 the entire time. The staff was very helpful, esp around the pool area. Happy hour is nice, with 2 drinks for the price of 1 - and they bring them both at the same time.
