"Very clean, comfortable room with complimentary drinks. The front desk and pub staff were helpful and friendly, very accommodating. The breakfast was very good (I didn’t try the other food or alcohol as I don’t drink). Great location, walking distance to many sights, the Thames, and the underground tube. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

"Absolutely amazing hotel in excellent location. We were really blown away by this property - the attention to detail in the design everywhere was so beautiful. The room was excellent and so quiet - we didn't hear anything at all and had such a good night's sleep. Sadly, we didn't have the opportunity to sample either breakfast or dinner there but would love to come back and do so - mostly because the dining hall is such an incredibly stunning space. Loved everything about this hotel."

"Room is clean and comfortable but doesn’t have a view and too close to the adjacent building to open the curtains. It also doesn’t have body lotion. In the morning it got quite noisy with the sound of neighbouring doors opening and closing so sleep felt disturbed."

Some great features maintained from the original building which add to the character, Special mention for Siddharth, who from check in to check out made the whole stay a real pleasure.
