"I loved the location near NYU. The check-in process would have been smoother if I had paid more attention to the emails sent by the hotel. I didn't realize that the check-in process was all online (no front desk). That said, once I clued in on that, everything was super smooth. It was a little hard for me (at my age and stage) to get my luggage up the stairs, but the hotel description made it clear that there is no elevator. Thankfully, I was on the 2nd floor. Just a couple things to make...

"This was our second stay at the Hyatt Grand Central, and we're already planning our third. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location can't be beat. Being connected to Grand Central makes getting to & from LaGuardia so easy. The central location makes it so convenient to get anywhere in the city. I've stayed in various locations around Manhattan, from Times Square, the UWS, the West Village, and Murray Hill. I'll pick the Hyatt over all of them!"

"The water pressure was great. The bed was clean and fresh. Had a mini fridge and hair dryer. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels were sufficient and the staff would give more if asked. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They went out of their way to be accommodating and did it with genuine sincerity. It rivaled The Plaza! The proximity to Grand Central made travel fast and simple, but being able to walk one block to the best tacos was the...
